Booking conditions

How does the booking process work?

Choose a property from our collection, book online or speak to one of our advisors for more details. Once the property is selected and availability is confirmed with the owner, you confirm the booking and its terms.

A deposit secures your booking, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all necessary services and make your stay unique.

How do I pay for my stay?

For the booking to be validated, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be required by bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid into the same bank account 15 days before the date of arrival or in cash when the keys handed over.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused.

What are the cancellation terms?

For cancellations made up to one month before the date of arrival : the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than one month before the date of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
The Holshome commission will not be refunded under any circumstances.
