The Topik house is located in Origo Mare, a quiet and secure development nestling between the volcanoes and the ocean, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It's a bright, comfortable home. The residence is located just a few minutes from the best surfing, wingfoil and kitesurfing spots, as well as Majanicho, a charming little fishing village with a white sandy beach. It's the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Topik guests also have access to the tennis court and padel court. Located between Lajares and Corralejo and close to El Cotillo, restaurants and a supermarket are less than 10 minutes' drive from the residence.

Arrival and departure: Johanna will be present on your arrival to welcome you and give you recommendations so that you can have all the good tips to enjoy your holiday in Fuerteventura. She will remain available throughout your stay if required.
End-of-stay cleaning: a cleaning team will take care of the housework on your departure.
Intervention: a qualified person will intervene quickly for any necessary repairs.

Booking conditions

How does the booking process work?

Choose a property from our collection, book online or speak to one of our advisors for more details. Once the property is selected and availability is confirmed with the owner, you confirm the booking and its terms.

A deposit secures your booking, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all necessary services and make your stay unique.

How do I pay for my stay?

For the booking to be validated, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be required by bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid into the same bank account 15 days before the date of arrival or in cash when the keys handed over.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused.

What are the cancellation terms?

For cancellations made up to one month before the date of arrival : the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than one month before the date of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
The Holshome commission will not be refunded under any circumstances.
