In an eco-friendly approach, the villa is completely self-sufficient in electricity, with numerous photovoltaic panels ensuring the necessary energy. The house’s wastewater is recycled and used for garden irrigation.
It offers easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

- Arrival and departure: Johanna will be present on your arrival to welcome you and give you recommendations so that you can have all the good tips to enjoy your holiday in Fuerteventura. She will remain available throughout your stay if required.
- End-of-stay cleaning: a cleaning team will take care of the housework on your departure.
- Intervention: a qualified person will intervene quickly for any necessary repairs.
Rental conditions of the Casa Giulia
- End-of-stay cleaning : €320
- Minimum stay : 5 nights
- Arrival : from 5:00 PM
- Departure : before 10:00 AM
- Security deposit : A bank print of 1000 € will be requested before the start of the stay since the application SWICKLY, the money is not debited from the bank account, it is only blocked during the stay and released after the stay if no damage has been found.
