A swimming pool with optional heating (+€15/day), a large terrace with sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue. Villa Luna is a real haven of peace, with its many banana trees, palm trees and other plants carefully placed around the house (1000m2 of land). From the terrace and swimming pool, you can admire the sunset over the volcanoes.

Services included in the total rental price
- Arrival and departure: Johanna will be present on your arrival to welcome you and give you recommendations so that you can have all the good tips to enjoy your holiday in Fuerteventura. She will remain available throughout your stay if required.
- End-of-stay cleaning: a cleaning team will take care of the housework on your departure.
- Intervention: a qualified person will intervene quickly for any necessary repairs.

Rental conditions of the Villa Luna
- End-of-stay cleaning: € 150
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- No pets
- No parties
- Maximum 6 people allowed
- Arrival from 4pm / Departure before 10am
- Amount of security deposit: 300€ (to be paid in cash upon key handover, the money will be returned at the exit of the housing if no damage have been noticed).
Booking conditions
For the booking to be validated, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be required by bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid into the same bank account 15 days before the date of arrival or in cash when the keys are handed over.
Cancellation
- For cancellations made up to one month before the date of arrival : the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than one month before the date of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
- The Holshome commission will not be refunded under any circumstances.
