The home El rincón de Carmen is located in Origo Mare, a development surrounded by spectacular scenery, between volcanoes and the ocean. The residence is just a few minutes from the best surfing, wingfoil and kitesurfing spots, as well as Majanicho, a charming little fishing village with a white sandy beach. Guests at El rincón de Carmen also have access to the tennis court and padel court. Located between Lajares and Corralejo and close to El Cotillo, restaurants and a supermarket are less than 10 minutes’ drive from the residence.

Services included in the total rental price
- Arrival and departure: Johanna will be present on your arrival to welcome you and give you recommendations so that you can have all the good tips to enjoy your holiday in Fuerteventura. She will remain available throughout your stay if required.
- End-of-stay cleaning: a cleaning team will take care of the housework on your departure.
- Intervention: a qualified person will intervene quickly for any necessary repairs.

Rental conditions of the Casa El rincón de Carmen
- End-of-stay cleaning: € 60
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- No pets
- Maximum 6 people allowed
- Arrival from 4pm / Departure before 10am
- Amount of security deposit: 100€ (to be paid in cash upon key handover, the money will be returned at the exit of the housing if no damage have been noticed).
Booking conditions
For the booking to be validated, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be required by bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid into the same bank account 15 days before the date of arrival or in cash when the keys are handed over.
Cancellation
- For cancellations made up to one month before the date of arrival : the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than one month before the date of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
- The Holshome commission will not be refunded under any circumstances.
